Tosny Times 16 - Start of the Blueprint

🐋 Welcome

🐨 Here are the things that I have done or discovered this week

3 Pieces of News 📰

  1. Prince William's godmother 👑 who had other royal duties had to step down after she made unnecessary comments at a royal event to a visitor who was born and raised in Hackney, London about her African 🌍 heritage.

  2. Trump Organization lawyers 👔 almost managed to impeach their own witness at trial but avoided doing so to not undermine their own witness's credibility before the jury 😒.

  3. Protests in China 🇨🇳 continued more heavily than they are normally permitted. The protests were in relation to further covid-related 🚓 lockdowns. The lockdowns of which are particularly brutal in China making western lockdowns seem like a picnic.

What did I do? 🐶

  1. Published an article to Medium about an app that I always new about but kept passing me by called 🛋 Sofa which is a downtime 📖 📺 🎮 organizer app. It really is fantastic once you get into it allowing you to add pretty much any time of entertainment or media you would consume at home and log your activity of those things HERE

  2. Published an article to Medium on 7 buy once or free apps 😃 that can replace some of your subscriptions. I am always keen to cut down on regular costs and these are some suggestions HERE

  3. Revamped my diet 🥦 and approach to my health 🏋️ with help from my discovery below.

What did I discover? 💡

  1. The incredibly interesting Blueprint was coined by the entrepreneur Bryan Johnson who essentially revolutionized his life after selling his company for $800m, going through a divorce and discovering his deep depression. Being the analytical kind that he is, he took on the world of health and using research and evidence developed the Blueprint. This is a set of meals and supplements to consume each day to optimize your health and hopefully lower your diagenetic age.

  2. That Twosapp is even more flexible than I thought it was and comes with a great coins reward system to help you test and experiment with the app.

  3. Ground News which is strangely a news source I have not come across yet. Generally rated factual and fairly concise in its articles, I am really liking it in the early stages of testing. Particularly is their extension which can assess the news you are reading offsite and provide you with further opinion.

Property Focus 🏡

As the most expensive city in the world along with Singapore, rankings came out this week, let us look at the actual cost of buying in New York City.

3-bedrooms apartment on the lower-eastside, done to a fantastic finish in some rooms but desiring attention in other rooms for $999,000.

Now let us compare that to a 4-bedroom mansion in Casper, Wyoming for a completely different lifestyle for just a little more at $1,100,000.
